Together with my lovely teammates (Joanne Ding, Lyn Salim and Yunlin Bai), I animated a remake of the trailer for the classic black comedy mystery film, Clue (1985). We reimagined the movie to take place in a Japanese high school, adopting stylistic choices commonly seen in anime.
The trailer has a consistent colour palette but is animated in 4 distinct styles, each style by a different teammate. I've included pre-production documents I created for my own style (character sheets and backgrounds), accompanied by the colour/style moodboards compiled by my awesome team. Enjoy!
